This world runs on
gut instinct and swagger. 

No one knows what will hit and no amount of research will give you certainty. So for 15 years I’ve challenged businesses and decision-makers to push beyond their expectations to create what feels right in their gut. 

Using cultural insights and creative know-how I’ve turned design and copy into brands, campaigns and comms that engage and excite people all over the world.

Crafting your brand in three stages

1. Uncover

No brand is doing something unique, so thinking differently is your superpower.

Together we step outside of the norms of your industry to uncover the difference the makes your brand unique. Often it’s something you’re barely aware of, to you it’s just part of how you work. It takes probing questions and challenging conversations to find it.

You may get uncomfortable, my clients say it’s worth it.

2. Write

Most of what brands do is writing. A brand needs a strategy, an investor needs a pitch, an ad needs a call to action! A million brands do what you do, it’s through your story we show what’s different about you.

So spend effort carefully selecting the right words, headlines and taglines to stand you apart from your competition. When the words are perfect do we craft the design around them.

3. Design

Like fashion, the brand you wear says who you are, who you’re for and more importantly, who should stay away.

Every sector has its tropes and trends, but you can’t push your brand further by sticking to the norm. I find what your audience will love and give them plenty of it. 

The brands I create aren’t made to please everyone, but the right people, they love it!

Mantra Menswork exists to help men heal, reflect, and grow into the best versions of themselves. From the start, this brand was about carving out a unique and spiritual space, rejecting outdated ideals of what a man should be.

We redeveloped the brand, introducing new brand language, imagery and a website, creating a welcoming environment where men feel empowered to explore their truth, embrace vulnerability, and develop emotional mastery without losing their sense of identity.

For this work I create in the style that I feel in that moment, adapting my approach to suit the feeling I’m creating. When I’m out dancing, I’m most likely wearing a shirt I designed myself.
